With more than 29 years of experience, Chef Ralf Hofmann is a hotel professional with demonstrated experience in high volume kitchen and F&B operations and now full hotel operations with formal dining rooms, Michelin Star restaurants and luxury hotels. A demonstrated track record of success in the creation of new recipes, menu design, presentation tastings and food & wine tastings.
Chef Hofmann is most recognized for his experience as Chef for several Hiltons in Chicago and DC such as the Chicago O’Hare Airport, Chicago Hilton and Towers, the Capital Hilton and lately as Director of F&B and Director of Hotel Operations for Highgate Hotels. Hotel Conrad, Brussels, and the Intercontinental in Geneva are amongst other destinations in Europe. Currently Ralf Hofmann is the Director of operations of the Hyatt Arlington.
