To date since the beginning of our operations in 2014 and after finishing six cohorts with 47 students graduating from our programs, we have obtained 95% of completion rate and 70% of job placement, which is just a portion of the potential 90% of job placement results that we could accomplish when our graduates are able to work, at the moment health issues, pregnancy, access to childcare and public transportation prevent them from accepting job offers.
Our indicators show 78% retention rate of our graduates placed in jobs over one year with an average hourly rate of $13.00. Data collected from students at beginning of the program shows that the ones that were working then were earning an average hourly rate of $9.00.
Improved conditions of graduates placed in jobs after one year:
Salary Increased: 16%
Increased in responsibilities at work 8%
Access to benefits: 27%
